WHAT YOU NEED
  1. An Outlet (Block or Metal).
  2. At least two new freezers.
  3. Own Bicycles/Pushcarts/Ice Chests.
  4. Engage vendors of your choice.
  5. 3 notebooks for proper book-keeping.
  6. Own Working Capital (cash to buy products) of minimum GH¢500.00.
  7. Covered dustbin, hygiene station and First Aid box.
  8. Bank Account Information.
HOW TO APPLY
Write a Letter to the Regional Sales Manager stating the following:
  1. Location (giving directions) of Outlet.
  2. Your Name and Business Name.
  3. Contact Telephone Number/Address.
  4. Email Address.
AFTER APPLICATION
  1. A staff from Fan Milk Limited will visit your Shop.
  2. You will be given an Appointment Letter to start if you satisfy the requirements.
  3. Branding of Outlet.
  4. Offer Technical Advice.

  5. Good Product Display.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question: How much will I earn monthly?
Answer: Subsidy will be based on turn-over at the end of the month.
                 Dairy Subsidy - 5% - 8.5%
                 Tampico Agent/Wholesalers Subsidy- 3% - 5%

Question: How often do I get delivery of products?
Answer: Two/three times per week as per the journey plan of the van.

Question: Can I buy from the Depot and Van at the same time?
Answer: No. Fan Milk Limited decides by your location.

Question: Can an Agent engage a Fan Milk Depot Vendor to sell?
Answer: No.

DOs and DON’Ts
  • It’s an offence to use Fan Milk Bicycle/Pushcart to sell if not officially allocated to you from the Company.
  • Storage unit (Fan Milk Allocated Equipment) should not be used for competitors’ (and any other) products other than Fan Milk Products.
  • Agents are not required to retail products at the Outlet (a directive from VAT).

Thank you Fan Milk for Showing Such Love Pupils of Yale Primary School Say
The smiles on the faces of the pupils of the Yale Primary School say it all. The joy that reverberated amongst the pupils when they received their new lap desks cannot be put in words.

Many of these childes sit on the bare floor to write so one can imagine the difference these lap desks will make in their lives. “These lap desks will motivate other children to come to school, thereby increasing attendance, it will also encourage learning as it has alphabets, times tables and various shapes on it” the head teacher said. He expressed gratitude to Fan Milk Limited for the kindness shown.
